PACKAGING & DELIVERY
All of our products are securely packaged in our Abu Dhabi premises and then handed over to our shipping partners. Once they have your order ready for delivery they will be in touch via the contact number you supplied us when you made your purchase. You can then pick suitable delivery times via talking directly to a customer representative +971506614918. Delivery charges depend on your location and on the size of the package itself. Please allow for 3 – 5 working days for delivery within the UAE.
Green Gift Concepts takes care to pack all items securely. Should an item arrive damaged due to the failure of packaging or the mishandling by our logistics partner, you should write to us requesting a replacement and submit pictures of the damage. We will replace the item once the original item has been returned.
All orders must be signed for on arrival. On arrival the item should be checked to ensure it is delivered in good condition. If the item is not in perfect condition, please do not accept receipt of the item and it will be sent back to our Production Centre. If an item is subsequently found to be damaged after the customer has signed for it, we may assume that the damage has been caused post-delivery and we will not accept returns on damaged items.
TRACKING AND ORDER
Parcel tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you you’re tracking number.
This website currently only delivers to the UAE, however we can help you deliver your items Internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience but our team will help you get all the supplies you need!
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.
1. Cancellation by Customers
Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the products are shipped. To cancel an
order, please contact our customer service team at the Contact Us Page.
If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, we will initiate a refund to your
original method of payment. Refunds may take 7-8 business days to process, depending on
your payment provider.
If you cancel your order after the products are shipped, you may be responsible for paying the
shipping costs for returning the products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will notify
you as soon as possible and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
